Create Your Account

Keep this guide open while you complete the Google form in another tab.

Enter the Account Details

Open Google’s signup page. If asked who the account is for, choose For my personal use. This still works for Google Business Profile. Enter the name you want shown, then the real adult account holder’s birthday and gender.

Create Google Account

Use the Work Email Provided by Us

Do not choose one of Google’s suggested Gmail addresses. Select Use your existing email, enter the complete business email Reputifly provided, then select Next.

Verify Your Work Email

Sign in with your full work email and mailbox password. Open Google’s verification email, copy the six-digit code, return to Google and enter it.

Create Your Google Password

Create a strong password for this Google Account, enter it twice and select Next. Save it somewhere secure.

You now have two separate passwords.Use the mailbox password for Reputifly Webmail and email apps. Use the Google password for Google services. They do not need to match.

Verify the Business Phone

Select the correct country code, enter the business phone number and select Next. Enter the code sent by SMS, then continue.

Reputifly employees: ask the client for a business phone number they can access before starting. The client may need to send you the SMS code immediately.

Finish and Personalise the Account

Review Google’s remaining prompts and terms, then confirm them to finish. When the Google Account page opens, you can add the correct profile picture and adjust the displayed name.

Your work email can now sign in to supported Google services.

Done—Your Work Email Is Now a Google Login.

You can use it for Google Business Profile and other Google services. Your business email still sends and receives through Reputifly Mail.
