Add Your Work Email to Outlook.

Use the Outlook mobile app to send and receive directly from your business address.

The setup is the same on Android and iPhone. Choose IMAP if Outlook asks for the account type.

Set It Up

Open Outlook Settings

Profile picture→Settings ⚙→Add Mail Account→Add Email Account

Enter Your Full Work Email

Tap Continue or Sign In. If Outlook guesses the wrong provider, tap Not a ___ account? and select IMAP.

Copy These Settings

If Outlook shows one server box, include the port after a colon.

Turn on Advanced Settings if needed, enter both servers, then tap Sign In. Choose Maybe Later if Outlook asks for another account.

Done—Your Work Inbox Is in Outlook.

Use the account switcher to move between personal and work mailboxes.
