Choose IMAP, enter the server details once, and your business mailbox appears in Outlook.

Do not select Microsoft 365, Outlook.com or Exchange.

Enter both servers, click Connect, then Done. Outlook will add the mailbox to the left sidebar.
Done—Your Work Mailbox Is in Outlook.
Send yourself one test email and reply to it to confirm both directions.
