Set It Up

Open Mail Accounts

Settings→Apps→Mail→Mail Accounts

Add an “Other” Account

Add Account→Other / Add Other Account→Mail Account

Enter Your Basic Details

Enter your name, full work email and mailbox password. Use “Work” as the description, then tap Next.

Copy These Settings

The host name is the same for incoming and outgoing mail.

Enter your full email and password under both servers—even if Apple says “optional.” Then tap Next and Save.

Done—Open the Mail App.

Your work inbox appears under Mailboxes. When composing, tap the From field to choose your work address.
